What to write about
A video that will not open, an export that failed, captions that came out wrong, a payment that did not unlock what it should have, a feature you need, or a caption style you wish existed. All of it is welcome at support@aicaptioncut.com.
Expect a reply within two working days. If it is about an export or a payment, include your browser, your device and roughly when it happened — that is usually enough to find the problem.
Before you write about a failed export
Two things fix most of them. First, if you were on a phone, try again in a desktop browser — rendering a long video needs memory a phone may not have free. Second, if the video came off an iPhone and would not open at all, the editor offers to convert it first; let it.
If neither helps, write in. A file that will not process is a bug worth knowing about.

Write to support@aicaptioncut.com with the payment reference from Razorpay and roughly when you paid, and it will be sorted out. Re-exporting a project you have already paid for never costs again.
